Convert from Powermaster

Would I need anything else if I wanted to convert my current Powermaster brake system? My Powermaster motor took a crap today and I'm looking to replace the motor or upgrade to a vacuum system. I have someone that knows how to do the work, I just want to make sure I'm getting everything required. My PM system is all stock except for the rear disk brakes. Thanks. I have the master cylinder, vac assist and pedal. All you will need is to T into a vacuum source on the engine. Or buy a billet vac block.

Here is a picture of the vac brakes. The set up is still in the car, so its a known good set up.
