Vacuum test?

Today I did a vacuum test on all the vacuum line's and they all held vacuum.But here's a list of things I found out that doesn't hold vacuum:
1)EGR valve solenoid.
2)Electric pump(purge solenoid) that sits on top of the Charcoal Canister leaks vacuum but real slow.
3)Fuel Pressure Regulator
4)Charcoal Canister it's self,but I don't think it's suppose to right?

Are all of the items above suppose to hold vacuum.Thanks,ikle.

the FPR should definitely hold vac.... not sure about the other items... make sure u isolate the fpr by itself when testing for vac hold there....
