Value Cover Gaskets

What's the best value cover gasket for my 87 GN?

Is cork or the blue Felpro PermaDryPlus the way to go?

Any of them will work when installed correctly. I use the rubber style and will be using the same ones from my old motor. Don't over-torque them.
