value of a gn

i am looking at buying another gn,its really clean inside and out,i have agreed on the price and then found out it was a theft recovery,so it has a rebuilt title,located in the door jamb.he wants $10,000.00 for it.what do you guys think?also don't worry its no one on the board,its a autotrader car

Not much to go on, but all things being equal, it will always be of lesser value and have less interest when selling than a clear titled GN. I know I just posted the obvious, but it is what it is. I would hold out unless you plan on modding it hardcore, then it really wouldn't matter much.
