valve springs for stock heads and cam

probably dumb question
but can Gn1 valve springs and retainers be used with the stock heads and cam without any damage like wiping a lobe or anything?

I know people recommend comcam springs but I have no idea where to get them and I was offered the Gn1 springs so thought I would just ask

I just ordered comp cams 980's from Jegs, about 42 bucks. Gonna try and put them in myself, because I had a quote of 200 bucks plus parts. I went back in the archives and found out it is pretty easy to do. Oh the kit from Jegs is for a V 8, if you wanted it for a V 6 it would take longer to get them. Hope I helped.

Stock GN1s Will work unless they were special ordered for a roller cam. Just have someone check em, piece of cake.
