I heard press conference on XM today, DLR sounded like he's really up beat about it after the last fiasco last fall, he's really pushin' Wolfgang...he must have heard all the doubters back in the fall We'll see just how long DLR last on this tour. When I heard it I knew Chad you'd be all over it :biggrin:

You know they just want to fill their bank accounts back up! I did see Van Hagar in 91 and it was a great show. Seeing DLR with them would be cool-if he can hold it together for 2 hours a night.

According to legend: Eddie was pretty po'ed when Michael toured with David and Sammy on the "Sam and Dave" tour a few years ago, and they never kissed and made up.

remember seeing VH in 81, 82 and 84, (don't remember much about the 82 show though.......don't ask!) If Dave can muster up the same energy at his age now should make for some great entertainment.

I got tickets this past Saturday for the first show in Charlotte. Surely they will make it to atleast the first show.

Long live Alex, one of the greatest rockers of all time. Alex in middle in about '89 or maybe '90 at willow Spring. The black Guldstrand Grand Sport '80 is Alex's, the white Guldstarnd Grand Sport '80 vert mine. Does bring back fond memories of a by-gone era. Sorry to get the thread off-track, just wanted to share.

Well....That was quick...I heard the tour is canceled......
