Will the 9.5" be as streetable as the 10.5" What if they were put behind say a 500 horsepower GN engine?

Mine is a 9½" 5-disc with the " 6 " pump and it's perfectly happy on the street. Mine is a high hp car too, 606.6hp to the rear wheels.
