Not much to decode there. It would probably be easier to just post your VIN.
Assuming we are talking about 86-87 Regals, here is what you want.
If the VIN starts with
1G4GK47 than it is an 86 Regal with out Limited
1G4GJ11 than it is an 87 Regal with out Limited
1G4GM11 than it is an 87 Regal Limited
if the 8th character is a
7=LC2 IC turbo
Y=307 Olds V-8
A=3.8 NA V-6
if the 10th character is a
G=1986
H=1987
if the 11th character is a
P=Pontiac
There you have it.
