Jan 14, 2004 #2 salvageV6 Daily Driver Joined May 25, 2001 Messages 20,966 Leave it in there with the NPT elbow on it and put a cap on the NPT other end. Or solder over the hole in it and leave the nozzle. Or use a nut and bolt with a sealing washer on each side. Or duct tape or jb weld.

Jan 14, 2004 #3 R Razor Forum tech Advisor Staff member Joined Jul 31, 2001 Messages 13,391 Leave the nozzle alone.. Moving the nozzle a couple inches makes no changes. If there is an issue, its usually not the nozzle. Hope this saves you the trouble. Duct tape is way over rated

You have a front mount on the car yet, if so..typically mount the BOV on the bottom under the radiator area. I would be safe to assume its best to keep alky away from your BOV. Cheers..
