Warranty ?

What's a good warranty on a transmission including convertor cover?

Anyone? the reason I ask is i'm having trouble with my new trans that's under a year old and have had it out three times( one being a bad convertor my fault). Just wondering what kind of service I should get.

My tranny shop does a 6 month/6K mile warranty

It depends on the shop, but my builder gave me a 2 year/24,000 mile (whichever is less) warrenty IN WRITING that INCLUDES RACING!

Lonnie @ Extreme Automatics gave me an unconditional 1 year warranty knowing I was going to put it behind a stage II power plant.

I needed the warranty as I had claims.

The warranty was honored with ZERO question!

Highly recommend.
