That guy is a dick! I own a auto repair shop and been twisting the ol iron for 30+ years PROFESSIONALLY and I cant stand when a customer comes into our shop claiming to be an "Engineer" me and the boys just roll our eyes.......Don't tell me how you think it should be done, because if you did know, you and I wouldn't be having this conversation in first place....fix your own car.....
