Why did Precision quit making the buick water line kit. Sold my old 70 turbo to a buddy and he can't get a kit!!!

I found that the kit was not made well. The connections were not welded good and subsequently if you put too much tension on them they would break. Your best best is to get some AN- fittings and some rubber line and make your own.

Patrick(RUQWNF) gave me the AN numbers last year some time. He also confirmed the poor quality fabrication in these water line kits. MAybe PM him and he will let you know the exact size for the turbo. I forgot so I would hate to tell you the wrong size.

Those work nice
And Russ had a fancy method tapping off the water pump housing

It was 79.59$ for the parts including shipping and if your doing it with the motor out of the car, it's 20min was worth of work. Not that bad with the motor in the car but def a little more involved. Gotta remove the t-body. I didn't have to weld anything. It's just another way of doing it........I don't like using the little T-body heater lines.

Russ - Looks good. What size are the water fittings at the turbo - I can tell it's -06 but is the turbo 1/8" NPT or what?
