Waterpump peeing.. New one is doing the same thing..

Engine never had any heat issues. Had turbo rebuilt, reinstalled, and did some driving around..

Engine was hitting 230 after 12-14 lbs of boost almost instantly, then spewing water through the weep hole.

I changed the waterpump, t-stat(180F) and t-stat housing. Same exact thing.. I even "burped" the cooling system by leaving my heater on, and letting it idle with the rad cap off... What could be wrong?

I was hoping someone would say a vac line :biggrin:

I guess its leak down test time..
