what is a good way to remove wax from the cracks in the bumper filler or the the wheel well trim? tryed finger nail with a peice of micro fiber cloth but it still does not do a good job. thanks

FWIW & IMHO:
I try to never use a toothbrush, old or otherwise. They do leave spiderwebbing micro-scratches in the surface. If you look close at some insignias that have been toothberushed in or around, you will see fine scratches running parallel to the emblem/insignia.
Detail brushes work well

Like Wells said. If your paint is smooth toothbrushes will leave scratches. Use them on places where you are not gonna wory about scratching. Otherwise spend a few $ and get a good set of detail brushes at a peps or autozone..

Some Meguiars Mirror Glaze #39 Vinyl and plastic cleaner is great for cleaning the bumper rubstrips, body side moulding and emblems.
