WB choice

Am setting up for a Powerlogger, and will be using a wb.
Is there a wb that's more popular in this application, than others??

I had an LC-1 (it was cheap) after it went tits up I got a PLX and have been much happier.

plx........ive got rid of all the extra gauges,you can display the reading on your scanmaster with the plogger.from the wb.or you can get an extra gauge that plugs into the wb.it actually has a red to green reading on the face looks cool too.

I found this PLX 300. I can use it and mt the box under the radio pod.
Does the PL /laptop have to be in the car for the SM to show the WB reading? If not, then a WB w/o a display would be a lot less $$.

no it doesnt have to be in car.when you open the pl go to f3/ scanmaster options/pick the first option.(display wb)
it will display wb and knock reading.
make sure you have all the latest updates.

You don't need the complex and expensive 300. The latest gen4 version of the SM-AFR is all you need IF you're running the Scanmaster/Powerlogger combo.

Portability is important. I found the 300 for only $80 more.
I use a wb w/ my tuning program, [EFILIVE], on late model LS products. The 300 looks to be a good replacement for the old LM1, I now have.
