Welding cylinders

I have been looking for a used oxygen cylinder for a while now. Refuse to purchase new. Just to give it to my local supplier for an exchange when I need gas. Does anyone here have a source for used cylinders in NJ over by Raceway Park?

Why?? The exchange cyl is also marked as a customer owned tank........
As for a used one.. better be sure it's not out of cert date, or you will have a hefty charge to retest it.
