Well... I installed the turbo; this is my first turbo by the way. Everything seems okay except that she seems under powered, I took her on the I95 to test drive her, and she just seems sluggish, she doesn’t have that neck snapping power that she had. The other thing is that the original boost gauge is red lining but she's not going that fast, where in the past only four lights on and she was moving. Let me just say that this turbo just came back from Limit Engineering, so it's fully rebuilt and is like new! Also when I came back home and checked under the hood I noticed that it was leaking some oil from under the turbo, I will check it in the morning, but do you think that that can cause it to behave that way? Or should I look somewhere else as well? Thanks in advance, Nelson aka GNflyby.
:)

I'm not sure what may be causing the lack of power since you said you are under 15+ PSI boost per the crappy stock gauge. Is it spooling as fast? If not, you could have a large exhaust leak where the turbo bolts to the header. The oil leak from under the turbo is most likely the oil return line leaking. You did put a new gasket in there didn't you?

You need to get an after market boost gauge so you know what boost you are really running.
I upgraded from a TA49 to a CPT65 BB this week and on my first test run the car run like a pig, no boost, poor response, just plain bad. It literaly felt like the brakes were on. I shortened up the waste gate rod and the new turbo came to life. Shortened it again and 26# boost and pulls like crazy. That would be the first place I would look.

Where do you live in CT? Maybe I can lend you a hand.

make sure the vacum hose with the metered y from the wastegate to turbo is in correct. if it is backwards this will cause a boost problem.

Hey Shane, thanks man, but it looks like your in Norwich, and I'm in Bridgeport. But I really do appreciate the offer.

Thank you all for your replies, I took the car today to KLHAMMETT, and he took care of it for me. Thanks again, Nelson aka GNflyby. :)

Well his boost reading on his Non factory Gauge was tear in the boost line,The mass air and pipe were covered in oil from the bad turbo(so i cleaned it out) and the turbo to header bolts werent tight enough, so there was a decent leak there.
