What battery to use for our TTA?

Red Top Optima Battery for TTA!!

I posted this question on the TTA list. Just wanted to get all the info. Mine battery is either bad or something is drawing the current from somewhere. I have not driven the car in a month, been busy

Looking for replacement battery. Brand model? Looking to spend $80-120 bux.

Bought it today and installed it today. Fits perfectly, no mod needed. Hope this help.

Delco if you want something that looks stock/GM and is decent quality.

Lot's of people use Sears Diehards.

I don't think an Optima battery fits the TTA, although they could be making one in that size now. That would cost over $100...

An Optima will fit. They are the best battery you can buy. Costs a little more but the best things always do.

$121 bux for AC Delco battery from Dealer!!

Is this right? Or can I get Delco cheaper somewhere else?

Straight from a dealer is the world's worst deal.

Check you local parts stores if you want a Delco. At one time some places like Kmart and Walmart sold them, but I think they have other deals now (haven't look for a long time in there!)

Also check gmpartsdirect.com ..... It will be cheaper than a dealer, but shipping may be expensive.
