I picked up a fatboy hollow swaybar out of 89 Firebird T/A at the yjard. I assume it's the LE1 since it's so thick. It's also pretty light (~12lbs) for it's size. Do I need the Firebird mounts or do I use the stock mounts and what bushings should I get? Should I get ones that fit the T/A or is there a universal type that would fit that bar? Are there any interferance problems to look out for?
Thanks,
MikeM

I measured the thickness at the center of the bar. 1 7/16" so it must be the 36mm bar. Is the Moog K6459 a rubber bushing or ureathene?

Dunno. I run a 32mm bar 'cause I'm running negative roll parts from Global West so a 34 or 36 is too much.

The Firebird mounts have the holes a little offset , new ones to fit 36mm bar would work better . Or you could use the " make it fit "method as i did .
