What Chip is This?

Trying to figure out what chip this is. Bottom of chip says JT8 (B)/P. Was in the car when I bought it.

That is part of the actual chip part number. The fact that you can see that number tells me there's no bottom tag like most chip burners use to identify their stuff.
What does the top tag say, what you can see of it that is? Top tag silver?

Its white and handwritten. 3 letters and 93. The prom carrier is blocking the letters.

The hand lettered tag means it's obviously aftermarket, but it's tough with so little info.
