For me it has to be the handling & brakes!

After driving my son's GTA I am hooked on handling! Boy if I could only swap my motor into his GTA :) That has to be a killer combo just like a tta

I agree about the handling but you have to consider the class of vehicle the GN is. It's not a sports car.

Why not get a TTA? It's the best of both worlds.

Yes the class is luxury land yacht

Though today my T seemed nimble weaving thru slow traffic. I have to be carefull not to break the tires loose which is hard not to do!

I don't like that I can't park it any where for more than a couple minutes with our worrying about it being stolen. This will get worse with the release of Fast and Furious 4 next year.

I cannot stand the slow windows, gonna fix that with the one touch power windows from Mark.

Hate filling it with gas, the neck always slows down the fuel flow and it spills, I have to baby the pump trigger and fill her up slow.

Hate parking it where she cannot be seen, dont drive it much for fear of ill fate happening.

And the ETCC, electronic touch climate control. Piece of garbage.

That i'm too afraid to leave it anywhere for fear of being stolen. My T Type that is. The GN isn't exactly road ready yet but I think I would fear that being stolen far more. Same thing with my TTA. I don't mind the prices but it was so hard to get my hands on these cars I'd hate to see it happen.

+3 for the worry of having it stolen (but if they can get through that maze of kill switches, the alarm, lojack and the newly installed steadfast column guard then I guess it's meant to be).

The slow windows, but that's getting alleviated with upgraded motors as we speak.

Availability of parts, I have a small stockpile but the prices and availability are getting ridiculous.

I don't like that plastic piece under the driver's side (where the access door to the fuse box is), doesn't somebody make one that doesn't warp where you have to transfer your access door somehow?

All these @#$&*(! sensors!?! It rarely happens, but when it does and she won't start...I hate that it could be any one of a million sensors.

That whenever I go to remove a bolt, screw, nut or whatever...one of them gets stripped.

That my Stewart Werner RPM gauge indicates properly when the car is running and matches the scan master, but sits at about 1.5K when the key is off.

That each of these cars was apparently wired by a different person because none of the wires are ever run in same place from car to car or one car will have all kinds of slack in the wire giving you plenty of breathing room to work with or it's so taut that it's a wonder the damn thing never broke in the past 20 years.

That really stupid electrical stuff happens that just boggles the mind...like why would my fans kick on when I pressed the electronic trunk release in my glove box (that'll hopefully be fixed with everything else it's in for right now).

Or that no simple just is, and it's never easy...never, not even changing the oil. Go ahead, search changing oil here and you'll be up to your ears in debate about additives and the average person won't know what the hell to use in their car without worrying if a piston is going to come flying through the dash at any moment and impale an eyeball to your headrest.

That I decided to replace my rear view mirror...and I had to spend 8 !@#$%^& weeks ordering new ones from various dealers, vendors, and what not because even though they all had the same damn part number each of them was freaking different and not a single one of them worked on the preexisting mount. I wanted to kill someone.

That lady that pulled up on my ass, then veered to the left and got right up next to me, then dropped back and violently veered to the right so she could then pull up on that side...turning and twisting her head like she was in the exorcist the whole time. I turned off into a gas station to lose her but she followed me...she wanted to know who made it and if they had just come out (it was '03 at the time).

That I can see a fingerprint or a smudge from 100 yards and I will go insane until it's buffed out.

Temperamental cars. If it werent for John Wilde it would have been a beer can by now. I agree with most here. It sucks to have a car that you have to keep on eye on all of the time. I thought my clean foxbody was bad. :(

There aren't many things I dislike on GN's except two:

1° All GN's should've had gauges like GNX'S
2° The window motors are a little slow for my taste...

Claude

This was so well said.....and God.....So Very True....

I thought I was the only one....nice to know someone else felt my psychosis...

My windows are faster than the ones in my 03 truck. Good workout for my left arm. ;) Reaching over to roll down the passenger side window sucks though, especially since you have to put it at a certain spot so it does not rattle.

Hmmmm, for me it's way more then one thing. Some have already been posted. Here's a 'list' of my dislikes:

1) Actually getting TOO much attention.
2) NOT being able to park it like a 'regular' car!
3) Ridiculous parts prices, are these Buicks or Lambos??
4) Gauges that should have been on golf carts instead of TR's!
5) Missing body bushings, slow windows, poor fac. paint, etc, etc.
6) Power Master Brakes!!!!!!
7) Front and rear fillers that crack at the slightest hint of a crack in the road!
8) T-Tops!!
9) POOR handleing.
10) Attracts EVERY ricer like flys on ****.

That being said, I can tell you the list of things I love about Turbo Regals would be 10 times more then this list. I WILL NEVER SELL MY GN, the T, maybe, I don't know......

dislikes of our g/n's

i very much dislike having to replace the rear tires, the damn rubber seems to wear out fast ;)

Everything about MY car. Although with the upgraded brakes and lowered front it handles pretty f'n good for a regal
