what does R.R.E stand for??

i have a set of stage 2 heads that have R.R.E stamped on them. just wondering if anyone knows who this is or who did the work on these heads.????

As a Pontiac guy, i know those initials as Rock n Roll Engineering in Cali, owner Bruce Fulper. Just didn't think he worked on LC2's.
