See attached pic. This is on the passenger frame rail where the positive negative and alternator wire run along it. Isnt there some sort of clamp that bundles these all to the frame? I could have sworn there was when I took it apart 10 years ago.

Yes....there is supposed to be a plastic retainer clip located on the top of the frame.

I found this picture in my files

The strap on the right is held on with a pop rivet.
I believe the one on the left snaps in to a hole in the frame.
