they have a green ring at top and says this on the sides:

D3764AA and on the other side they read 1621035

are these 009's 42.5# ??

i could be totally wrong, but usually a green ring is a green stripe injector...30 or so LB injector...if its a solid green top...then its something else..dont know what...

I think lucas 30#'s and 42.5#'s both look the same with the same green ring. The difference is two holes vs three holes. Does that pertain to the end where the gas is sprayed.

is the injector all black?is the ring plastic and you can turn it?and finally.if you look at the spray side of the injector ,does it have three holes?

Yes they have three holes. But I just found a post on another site saying they were 27.5#'s. I have found alot of confusion pertaining to these injectors. Some are tomco some lucas, some green ring some light blue, some are 30#'s when they thought they had 42.5#'s. But I have found one thing thet holds true until now. The three holes. So now I'm lost again.

Thank god, I hope you are right. Some post a guy was trying to ID his injectors. He gave the part numbers. (same as mine). Someone said they are tomco 27.5's with three holes. From what I have seen this injector does not even exist. But it has me going crazy. A lot of people have no clue with all these part numbers flying around, but him saying these crappy ones had three holes worries me.

CRAP:( I finally found a part # that matches. 621035. I might as well throw these things in the trash. Does anyone know if they also have three holes and look just like an 009.

from another post

Chuck,

Delphi has been acquired by Lucas so you will be dealing with a combination of Delphi #'s and Lucas #'s. Here are some popular numbers currently being used.

#62-1035 26.5#
#62-1020 28.88#
#17090304 37# (same/replaces MSD 38)
#62-1037 38# (replaces 38-40# Red Stripe Lucas)
#62 1031 42.5# (replaces 8009 42.5# Lucas)
#17104487 50# (same as MSD 50)

I also have ID's for 55# to 95# Delphi's, give me a call if you need those also.

Yeah thats Cuck Leeper, he knows his stuff for sure. I definately think its time for an upgrade on injectors, might wanna consider 50's if not 009's. Don't tell Red I said that:p

Thats the real bitch, I bought these with the hopes that they were 009's I kept hearing green ring with three holes or even blue ring with three spray holes was 42.5#, whether it was lucas, delphi, or tomco. Who would have guessed there is a total POS injector that is an exacxt mimic of an 009. It was my own fault though, I didnt get ripped. I got them from somebody that didnt know what they were but thought they were 28#ers. I snatched em up. I searched and serarched and it looks like I screwed myself. I got them for 25 a piece, but they are like new. Makes sense though who the hell would want them.

Get the word out, If you had one in your hand, you would believe somone if they told you it was a 42.5# injector. Unless you know all the part numbers by heart. I've seen more confusion over the 30#er and it has only two holes in the bottom, this POS I got is dangerous.

Oh Well:rolleyes:
