What is the length/coils of the stock pressure regulator spring?

I am looking for the number of coils and free length of the stock pressure regulator spring in my 86 GN 2004R tranny. Anyone know what this is?

Ok thanks, so what happens if I put a longer or shorter spring in? IE. I have a 2.1" 12.5 coils or 1.8" 11 coils springs to use, one from art carr and another from CK.
