What is this black,slimey stuff outta EGR valve??

I took off intake and cleaned thoroughly not long ago to try to fix this but now problem is back !!!

Its probably carbon and oil deposits.

Let me guess you have a high milage motor?

Not really,bottom end has about 50k and heads about 18k
