where do i start to check the servo where is it as well also can you give me some info on the other trans   i have up here

The servo has the 3" diameter round cover on the passenger side of the transmission. Should have some numbers on it, like 8630569 for example. Report back with your findings.

I've looked all over the books for a CU code trans and came up empty. I have a bunch of codes that are close and they are all Chevy units. I'm with Chris on this thinking it is from a 4.3 V-6 application all though I've seen those temp switches on the 307 V-8 versions too. That letter F on the end of the code designates the 1985 model year. Look for a VIN stamped on the pad on the left side pan rail. I can tell you what car it came out of from it.

will do get photos today ;)

Actually I don't think the F means any model year, it is just a letter they added for 86-up units. I was always under the impression that the color of the tag designated model year (blue BRFs are 86, yellow BRFs are 87). Not 100% sure of any of this info though.

8635692 is the same servo cover that is used on the Monte SS units (CQ,CZ). The servo piston is almost as large as the Turbo Buick, GN units (BQ,BRF). The cover on the servo piston for the BQ,BRF is 8635694. You really ought to buy one of Chris's manuals on the 200-4R if you are thinking of doing a rebuild yourself.
