I've seen manifolds off 3800 FWD buicks with the power six on them but never seen a TR with one on it. Could be one of FWD manifolds.

I looked up the part # on gnttype.org and the numbers don't match. Must be a FWD 3800

I saw at least 12 of those in the wrecking yard yesterday. All on FWD 3.1 and 3.8 motors. Would it work on a GN? I don't know.

I work at a salvage yard and according to interchange the manifold has to be turbo only. 86-87 TR and 89 TTA.
Doesn't note differences though.

180 degrees out!

Biggest difference is that it's designed 180 degrees opposite of a RWD intake. All of the one's I looked at point the throttle body toward the bellhousing! Don't think it'll work on a RWD application.

I e-mailed the seller and he ended the auction. Honest mistake. As he said in the text that he could be wrong about some parts. Can't ask for much more than that....
