Most of the negatives are a result of shipping internationally. No matter what you put as conditions in the auctions and what is going on in world events people still get pissy when they don't get their DVD or whatever on time.
Once a guy was pissed about not getting a subwoofer in 6 days in Taiwan, after the Tsunami hit. Besides the logistics of it all, it was just unbelievable that with everything going on this is what he was concerned with.
Sorry for the rant.
