What model BOV is this

i know it's a HKS but need to know exactly the model so I can get a new gasket. I know I could make my own but I rather find a correct replacement. I can't find the model on it but I think I can see a 934 maybe.

That almost looks like a HKS BOV for a DSM (Eclipse/Talons)
