what size threads on steering box?

I know they are oring, but any idea what thread size? I'm going to make my own lines and need to get adapters.
 
i think they are 17mm and 18mm..

look them up on the NAPA website- they list the thread sizes of the fittings.

The larger one is an 18 x 1.5mm, the smaller a 16 x 1.5mm fitting.

Note that not all P/S boxes are machined for the 0-ring on the feed line. This is something that myself and others have struggled with. If you use an o-ring you may get lucky and it will fit between the tube and the inside area of the box fitting. It doesn't do anything but take up space, but all is OK.

Get unlucky and the o-ring gets smashed/split/destroyed and the fitting leaks. As there is no place for it to reside.

With both lines off the box look down where the Saginaw flare seats. If that area has a chamfer machined into it then the o-ring works. I may be able to get pictures of this.
