What symptoms cause this blown fuse??

Don't you love how a wire that has been in the same spot for about 15 years will magically finagle its way far enough over to melt against something? Makes you wonder if it isn't secretly out to get you.

LOL i thought the exact same thing. How the hell could that have happened when ive been driving the damn thing and all of a sudden this happens dunno??
