What turbo is this???

I have a new TR with a unknown turbo on it...I was told by the owner that it was a 63...But want to be certain,

I pulled off the compressor cover and measured the small and large part of the wheel.

Smaller side...(Inducer??) 2.283
Larger side...(Exducer??) 2.952

It is a garrett housing that says AR/60 m24 on it.

The wheel has what looks like 6 Double blades on it.

Also has a .63 Garrett Exhaust Housing

Any help would be appreciated...
