What Type of Metal is the Stock Downpipe?

Does anybody know what type of metal the stock downpipe is made of? Stainless or some other type of steel? Thanks for any info.

Yep 409 S/S just like the headers.

When weld repairs are necessary on either, I usally recommend using ER309 or ER308 s/s filler metal.
