What Valve Cover Gasket?

Funny you should say that That's one of the covers I was referring to. Mine leaked like crazy! Put them on a mill and machined the gasket surface. No more leaks :biggrin:

Beat me to it...exactly what was said above, cork with "right stuff" black rtv and you should be fine. Also, make sure to not overtighten the bolts, no gasket int he world will seal if you overtighten the bolts.

Update, this worked like a charm. Great advice and a perfect fix!
