What water filter should I buy?

I am looking for a pitcher type one that I can fill and sit in the fridge. Who uses what?

I use a Brita and works well , I also have one on the Faucet fill from the sink into the pitcher double filtered. A whole house filter is good

That ones now that have fruit flavor packs! I saw them at Target. Or you could distill your own water.

When I used to do that, I used Brita... worked good.

Now, I pay $9 a month for a cooler, and $6 for a 5gal jug of water delivered.

That's much easier with a family of 5...

We use a brita as well.

What are you trying to filter? They are carbon filters and really don't filter all that much. Basically gives you a better taste.

The reason I ask is because I have a well and I have high iron. I tried many things and also thought maybe the brita might do something. Not at all.

I have it all squared away now, and just use the brita to hold the water. I stopped buying filters for the thing since my water is fine.
