What will e the injectors not to pulse ?

What would cause the injectors not to pulse and squirt gas in the motor ? I have full 12 volts to the injectors and i checked the grounds and they are good, i replaced the computer and still cant get them to work. I can start the car by spraying starting fluid into the intake manifold but the injectors will not work and my fuel pump will not kick on by itslef ( i ran a wire from the power wire to the pump to an in-line fuse to the fuse box so it turns on when i turn the key on) Can anyone help ?

Check the fuses first.
