What wrong with this

This Gn is on ebay and it says that the turbo was blue printed and balanced??? and it has 4 link in the rear, is no that kinda dumb things to say and do

FWIW & IMHO:
Without a link, it sort of hard to tell what the guy meant.
As far as balancing, I think that all turbos have the wheels balanced due to the high rate of rpm. I don't think that a turbo would hold together very long without being balanced.
