What's a Series 1 or 2?

Just bought a Buick Park Avenue Ultra last night. While looking at your posts I noticed talk of a series 1 and a series 2. What's the difference and what's better?

Tons of differences. If you have a 91-93, it's a 205hp series I, 94-95 225hp series I, and 96+ 240hp series II.
