Whats different with wiring?

Newb... if I unplug the FAST and plug in a stock computer/chip why doesnt the car start? Check engine lites.. but no communication.. direct scan also not recognized.

Cranks, has fuel pressure.. no start. Plug the two plugs into the FAST Jumper.. fires rite up.

Whats different?

a jumper wire is connected between the map and the maf. disconnect it and of course ...run a maf!

Depending on who's adapter harness you have it also might power the injectors from a relay through the adapter harness.
