What's the best pan gasket??

i would like to see somebody make a pan that will use a o-ring gasket.

Could you machine a groove in one of the aftermarket cast aluminum pans that would take a 3/8" o-ring?

I can't imagine there's enough room for a 3/8" o-ring on any pan.

Yeah--too big--but perhaps a smaller diameter would work, no?

When you get em cast, im in for one or two. Keep us posted. Oh, and it must use a bottom feed filter, just sayin.

Defiantly a bottom feeder. With the trans pan I'm thinking of making it deeper than stock and using a cheaper torqueflight 727 filter.
