Well here is my dilemma. I have a beautiful set of altered Gbodyparts stock T rims that I would like to use on a relatively quick car. I do perfer these over most mags quite honestly. Being stealthy and all. I was selling them, but the deal fell through, so I am exploring all my possibilities.
They are 15x8's and 15x6's. They look great on the car, but I need a 1/4 spacer on one side and a 3/8 on the other for them to fit without rubbing. So far I have only used them for car shows. Some cars have no problem with these wheels, but mine are a little tight. On some of my previous cars I have tack welded the spacers on my drums so they don't move around and used longer studs. Has anyone else thought of doing this and if you have, what were the results? Most problems with spacers is the possibility of movement. Correct?
Any knowledgable opinions out there?
