The car is finally getting reasonably close. My body guy wanted to know if I wanted to put the busted up wheel well moulding back on the car. I remember a thread about some of us leaving it off. Cannot seem to locate the thread so I started a new one. Opinions welcome. Perhaps a source for new or like new wheel well mouldings blacked out

My comment is if the car stays in a garage and not driven in the rain, it's optional. If it's kept in the weather take them off. I bought a really low mileage roller that has been left in the weather and the only rust is at the bottom of each wheel well trim, front and rear. It looks as if moisture was able to get between the body and trim and the dirt , mud and pine needles came.
