I got a 93 Typhoon I've been considerig selling or trading soon. Good condition stock 53,000 mile truck. I recently got a flat tire and am now weighing my options, keeping in mind it will be going soon. All 4 tires are 60%worn. Thinking about either having the one tire repaired (if repairable) or going all out and getting 4 new tires ($500) and at the same time having the stock somewhat dirty wheels reconditioned (strip cleaned, checked for straightness, rebalanced and re-clearcoated...another $500). Figure another $150 for mounting, balancing and alignment. Wondering if this is a good investment in terms of being able to market the truck that much better and eventually get my money back in the asking price. Any thoughts?
