the reason i ask, is i have a set of 16's with dr, and i what to go to the track, and i don't want to buy a new set of 15's right now.

What year FBody?.
There are lots of GN running 4, 89 TA front rims.

There are alot of threads about backspacing and clearances, you need to measure the back spacing, and then figure out if your tire wheel combo will work.

If you mean 4th Gen, then you'd have to use some large spacers, which would be spooky on the rear, IMO.
