I think in the back of GM High Tech I saw two places that might have what you are looking for:

Phoenix Graphix I think is the name and it says any decal any year. It couldn't hurt to ask.
The other was NextGen a division of year one and they have some TTA stuff I think. Worth a try.

I just checked on the year one site. It is in the next gen section under Emblems and declas for 1982-2002 camaros/firebirds. The kit is $289 as it includes both door decals and the windshield decal. It is item TA89F. Hope this helps!
