Where can I get a Transmission T.V. cable for my TTA ?

I need the transmission T.V.(Throttle Valve)cable for my TTA. I can get one through ACDelco's vintage parts,but they want $104 for it. Does anyone know if these cables are TTA specific? Does anyone have one that they would sell?

Did your cable break ? I don't think they are TTA specific, but from what I read in the Tranmission section, if you have to replace it, get the Gm replacement. Other generic, cheaper brand are too long.

in my case the aftermarket cables were too SHORT to bolt on..

Mine didn't break,but the top half of the cable got burnt pretty bad when I caught my engine on fire(another post). I'll check with the local GM garage for the correct one. Thanks guys.

Call your local dealer. That old part number has been superceeded by a new one in the GM parts system. I bought one about a year ago (different number) that works fine. don't pay that "out of stock" price it's a rip-off. Turbota
