where does every one shift

how high do you rev your car when racing, does it rev fast.

i cant get over 4000 with my car and just making sure iam not crazy and looking to find a goal to get mine to reach.

If I leave mine in drive, it will pull to 5600 as per TurboLink AND the factory tach. I probably have the only factory tach left that reads correctly I do have a Mallendar trans brake in the car and let it shift into second by itself and then run it up to 5500 for third. You might have weak valve springs not letting it rev past 4000.

no,you're not crazy.there's somehting wrong with your car.i leave mine in drive and it winds right up to ~5400.

we'll get it figured out,be patient.

Check out my post in the general turbobuick tech section under TR Wizards. My buddy has the same problem and we are working on it. Looks to be ESC/Module/Coilpack. One of those three according to the code 42 we got.

he has same springs i do but set at lower pressure. when i had mine set up same as craxy's it would buzz over 6000 no problem but i raised the pressure since i tend to ru rather high boost if i get it tuned it and seems im always hitting the rev limit right on shifts or when tires spin badd and hits the 6200 rpm limiter

with my car in either gear, it revs up to 5,600 from first to 2nd, and about 5000 2nd to third. I also have a factory guage that reads very accurate, as these numbers were off of an aftermarket guage!

well then i guess iam not crazy just have problems with the car. maybe i'll go buy some new plugs again and try them.
