Where does the Ground Strap attach to the Digital Dash ?

.......Anyone point me to the right Location ? I've Read every piece of info available , but this location is not mentioned. I simply cannot remember where I removed it from ? I've got a Very dim Volt bulb when my engine is running ? Please & Thank You.

Think I've found It ?........the Flex board goes over the back of the case , in which is 'Wrapped' with a silver faced insulation Board ?
On the lower right side ( ( Looking @ the back side) , there is a place for a 9/32" screw for the strap ?.
AnyHoo , that did it for my problem.

Oh Yeah.......The ground straps attaches to the lower DS rear of the Speedo cable / odometer housing. It's for RF only .
