Wheres this orange wire at that everyone taps into for a gauge light so it works when headlights are turned on?

It's behind the light switch the easiest way to get to it is take the bezel off then pull the light switch out to tap into that light power wire just make sure to not use the dimmer switch power.

I believe there is a spade connector on the fusepanel that dims with the interior lights.

Orange is typically hot all of the time. For example this color is used for the power to the interior lights.

For a non-dimming light power use the brown wire from the headlight switch.

For dimming light power it is a gray wire. This can be picked up at the ashtray or center console.
